Song of the Week: Ari Gold - Wave of You

Gay singer no 3. goes to Ari Gold, depending on how accurate Wiki is, he is known to be the first openly gay pop/RnB singer in America, hem~ any competition?~ Flying under radar with exceptional good songs under his belt, still.. I won't know him till I google for gay musician~ What a waste of talent unrecognized~ Previously mention gay singers posted weeks before didn't reach much success like the mainstream singers do, except for Ivri Lider,in his own country~ Sad sad future ahead for gay singers, it's about time gay singers hit the no. 1 spot in several country's music chart. I for one got bored of the repetitive success of mainstream artists. Give me some queer and indie chart toppers, that will make my day~

On to this week's highlight~ Ari Gold belted out a feel good up-tempo techno-squeeze tune in "Wave of You" which was a no suprise that the video was shot at the beach. And when it comes to beach mv, shirtless dudes assured~ Sucked face actions, wrestling on the beach, dancing studs, bikini bitches~ Now that's queer fire hot stuff~
Check it out~ The mv has actions that raises eye brows for the straight men? ehmm....

Maybe there are more, just that they are not OUT yet! A gay singer may not be that marketable for a record company…

Hmmm...well, there were/are a good number of artists who aren't directly marketed as "gay" but are open about their sexuality. Freddy Mercury was one...He came out in 1974, the year before A Night at the Opera was released (contained Bohemian Rhapsody, one of their biggest hits). Queen was marketed as a rock band on par with any other top rock band, rather than a band with a gay singer...but he was "as gay as a daffodil, my dear."

Elton John is another example.

I know...probably not exactly the answer you were looking for, but just tossing it out there.
